Programming – FHTBoT

If you want to do any further programming with your FHTbot you will need to download the following programs and files to your PC.

Arduino IDE

https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/Software

To install the Neopixelbus library

Go to https://github.com/Makuna/NeoPixelBus and read the instructions in the README.md section.

To install ESP8266 with Board manager

Go to https://github.com/esp8266/Arduino and read the instructions in the README.md section.

ESP8266 sketch uploader (spiffs)

Go to https://github.com/esp8266/arduino-esp8266fs-plugin and read the instructions in the README.md section.

Websockets for Arduino

Open the Library Manager in the Aduino IDE and search for websocket. Install WebSockets by Markus Sattler.
